The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.marathonpicture.com. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Payment Methods and price information

However, should you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please contact us directly through the contact details page and we will process the order accordingly via that means.

Payment and Price
All prices indicated on our web-site are exclusive of VAT.
MPC is not VAT registered and consequently no VAT is payable on purchases.
Delivery Information
Although we will endeavour to deliver goods within 28 calendar days of order receipt, delivery will typically be within 10 working days. It should be noted, however, that goods are subject to availability. The delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. MPC aims for a speedy response time from the receipt of an order form. However, any dates we specify for the delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges to the UK. A minimum standard delivery charge of £3.00 will be added at the online checkout - we endeavour to provide comprehensive packaging for all deliveries to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
Transfer of Title/Transit damage
Product title transfers to the customer upon goods delivery. Upon delivery, any loss or damage to the goods are at the customers own risk. Any damage to the goods through transit must be reported to MPC within 7 days of delivery. Any claims made outside this period will not quality for a refund.
Cancellation and Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, a cancellation and return policy of 7 working days applies from the date of delivery. A full refund/credit will apply less any delivery charges applicable. All returned items need to be sent back as sold in the original packaging. MPC reserves the right to reject any refund claims for goods that are not received in the manner outlined above. The customer is wholly responsible for good returns and re-delivery costs back to MPC.

• Your name and address is provided to The Image File which prints your photographs and products and mails them to you. This company uses this information solely for order fulfilment
• MPC (and/or) its business partners will use your e-mail address to send you an order confirmation e-mail.
• MPC and its business partners will not share your e-mail address with anyone else.
• MPC will use on occasions your contact details to send you information about MPC from time to time. If you feel that you will not require information on MPC you can opt out of this mailing program by emailing info@marathonpicture.com and have your name removed from this list.
